The Toronto Reference Library’s many Special Collections are held on the 4th floor.  There you can find Canadian Sheet Music, Rare Books, Posters & Playbills, and the Audubon Collection of “Birds of America” painted by artist John James Audubon.  We chose the Long Sparrow from the collection because a couple of sparrows currently live in the rafters inside the library, surviving off crumbs from people’s lunches.
